Online offline status

The user has various possibilities, to change their online status.

• Edit account -> Online status
• Block QTChat toggle online status
  Click the user icon.
• Block QTChat friends if chat bar disabled
  Click the user icon.
• The chat bar option Go offline/Go online

Online status and user logout

1. If the status of a user online and they will log off.

   If he logs on again then its status online - instantly.

2. Is the status of a user offline and they will log off.

   If he logs on again then its status offline - instantly.

I think it's a good idea that users should be informed about this feature.
