Administer Heartbeat

The Heartbeat time is the frequency with which the clients (browsers) connects to the server.
Be very careful with this settings, as it can quickly eat your server resources.

There are two main Heartbeats.

The one is responsible for the chat messages. The other is responsible for user (online status and such) and system events.
